Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. These are the rates configured at checkout. The exact option available to you is shown after you enter your address.
When will I receive tracking?
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout offers card payment via Stripe and PayPal, as shown on the checkout page.
How do I return an item?
Please read our Returns & Refunds page, then email support@shoplix.yasserads.com with your order number before sending anything back.
How do I choose a size?
Each product page includes the size options for that item. Where a size chart is shown, use it before you order. If you need help, contact us with the product name.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. You may also create an account on the My Account page to view orders later.
