These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Shoplix website and to orders placed through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. The store
Shoplix is an online store selling women’s fashion. We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

2. Products
We work with fulfillment partners to ship products. We aim to display accurate descriptions, images, colors, and sizing. Small variations can occur because of photography, screens, or manufacturing. Availability can change.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change before you place an order. If we discover a genuine pricing error on an order we have accepted, we will contact you.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, if we suspect fraud, or if information is incomplete. Please check your order before paying; once fulfillment has started, changes may not be possible.
5. Payment
Payment is taken using the methods shown at checkout (currently Stripe and PayPal). Orders are fulfilled after payment is authorized.
6. Shipping
Shipping destinations, rates, and free-shipping rules are described in our Shipping Policy and confirmed at checkout.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Shoplix or used under license. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shoplix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from a purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
